What is it?
The Cryosauna uses liquid nitrogen to lower the patient's exterior from room temperature to 30-35 degrees F (with - 202 degrees F on surface of ther skin) in 60 seconds or less and keeps it that way for up to 2.5 minutes.
The top layers of the skin react to the cold as a danger signal and send a message to the brain that acts as a stimulant to all the regulatory functions of the body. This produces a review of all areas which may not be working to their fullest potential.
